How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and press the on/tare button to power it on and reset to zero. Select the desired unit using the unit button (g, ml, oz, lb). Put the bowl or ingredient on the glass plate; tare again if you need to exclude container weight. The scale will automatically switch off after 60 seconds of inactivity. Replace the CR2032 battery when the low-battery indicator appears.

Recommendations

For accurate results, avoid drafts and vibrations during weighing and always place the scale on a level surface. Clean the removable glass plate with a soft, damp cloth and avoid submerging the scale in water. Do not exceed the 5 kg maximum capacity.
