Elba Elastomap Polypropylene (PP) Transparent A4

The Elba Elastomap Polypropylene (PP) Transparent A4 is a flexible document holder designed to protect and present A4 paperwork. Made from durable polypropylene, the sleeve measures approximately 240 mm in width and 320 mm in height to accommodate standard A4 sheets with extra room for easy insertion and removal. The transparent material permits clear visibility of document contents while providing protection against dust, light splashes and routine wear during handling or storage.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers tear resistance and dimensional stability while remaining lightweight and flexible. Transparency ensures quick identification of contents without opening the sleeve. The slightly oversized dimensions reduce edge folding and allow for thicker stacks of papers or small folded documents. The smooth surface is easy to clean and resists creasing, extending the useful life of stored documents.

Suitable for

• Storage and presentation of A4 documents, reports and certificates
• Protecting study materials, handouts and exam papers in educational settings
• Organizing office files, invoices and client paperwork
• Temporary protection of drawings, proofs and printed samples

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP), transparent
• External dimensions: approximately 240 mm (width) × 320 mm (height)
• Format compatibility: fits A4 documents with additional clearance
• Finish: smooth, clear surface resistant to creasing
• Weight and flexibility: lightweight and flexible for easy handling

How to use

Insert A4 documents by sliding them into the open edge of the Elastomap, aligning corners for a flush fit. For thicker stacks, fold or stagger sheets slightly before inserting to prevent bulging; the flexible polypropylene will accommodate a modest increase in thickness. Close handling involves holding the sleeve by its sealed edges to avoid transferring oils or dirt to the document surface. Store flat or upright in a folder or drawer to maintain shape and prevent deformation.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce the risk of long-term material yellowing. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Use the sleeve for document protection and short- to medium-term storage; for archival storage consider acid-free folders or boxes designed for long-term preservation.
