How to use

Position the shovel tip on the soil where you want to dig. Place your foot on the profiled foot-rest and apply steady downward pressure to drive the blade into the ground. Use the D-handle to pull the blade back and lift or loosen soil as required. For trenching or drainage channels, repeat the process along the desired line, removing loosened earth between passes.
