Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The ASUS 90NB0SR1-R7A010 display cover is a replacement top housing designed for compatibility with select ASUS laptop models such as X515DA, X515EA and X515EP. Made to restore the original appearance and protect the laptop lid, this cover provides a factory-fit solution when the original display housing is scratched, dented or otherwise damaged. It matches the form factor and mounting points of the listed models and is sold as a single external lid component.

Advantages

This display cover offers precise compatibility with specified ASUS X515 series models, ensuring proper alignment with hinges, screw mounts and ports. Constructed to maintain the laptop’s original look, it helps protect internal display components from dust and impact. Using an OEM-design cover simplifies repair and replacement processes and avoids common fitment issues that can occur with generic parts.

Suitable for

  • Replacement of a scratched or cracked laptop lid
  • Repair after impact damage to the display housing
  • Refurbishment to restore original appearance of ASUS X515DA / X515EA / X515EP

Key specifications

How to use

Power off the laptop, disconnect the battery if accessible and follow the manufacturer’s disassembly steps for your specific model to remove the damaged display cover. Replace the old housing with the 90NB0SR1-R7A010, aligning hinge brackets and screw holes, then fasten screws to secure the cover. Reconnect any cables and the battery, then power on the device to verify display and lid functionality. If unsure, seek professional repair service to avoid damage to internal components.

Recommendations

Use the replacement cover only with the compatible ASUS X515 models listed. Handle the cover carefully to avoid scratching during installation and use proper torque on hinge screws. If internal cables or hinges appear damaged, address those issues during replacement to ensure long-term fit and function.
