We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible mount at a comfortable eye level. Connect the monitor to your computer using a compatible video cable from the graphics output to the monitor input; ensure your source supports 4K output to achieve 3840 x 2160 resolution. Adjust the height and tilt to reduce glare and align the screen with your line of sight. Configure display settings in your operating system for scaling and resolution to optimize text and icon sizes, and adjust brightness and contrast to suit ambient lighting. Use the built-in speakers for basic audio or connect external speakers/headphones if higher audio quality is required.

Recommendations

For best visual results, run the monitor at its native 3840 x 2160 resolution and use scaling in the operating system if needed. Position the screen so the top third is approximately at eye level and maintain a viewing distance of about an arm's length for comfortable long-term use.
