How to use

Install the NH-U12S SE-AM4 using the included SecuFirm2™ mounting kit for AM4 following the motherboard and cooler manual. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of the included NT-H1 thermal compound to the CPU heatspreader, position the heatsink in the chosen orientation (standard or rotated 90°), and secure it with the mounting screws. Connect the NF-F12 PWM fan to the CPU_FAN header for automatic speed control. If desired, attach the optional second NF-F12 with the supplied clips and anti-vibration pads to form a push/pull configuration.

Recommendations

For optimal acoustics and cooling performance, use PWM fan control via the motherboard and enable the Low-Noise Adaptor if lower fan speed is preferred. Ensure case airflow is adequate and verify memory and top PCIe card clearance before finalizing installation.
