How to use

Place the pot on a suitable hob and heat gradually; the forged double bottom provides fast and even heat distribution. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the Diamond® non-stick interior. Cook with little or no added fat as the non-stick surface reduces sticking. After use, allow the pot to cool slightly before washing; the unalterable exterior and clear interior coating make cleaning easier—wash by hand with warm soapy water or use a non-abrasive sponge. The handles are designed for safe grip but avoid prolonged exposure to direct flame on the Bakelite.

Recommendations
