How to use

Choose a one-touch preset for Panini, Burger or Steak to start cooking with pre-programmed settings. To use the device as a BBQ or griddle, open the unit flat and set the desired temperature for each plate using the electronic controls. Fit the reversible ceramic plates or the optional waffle plates as required, ensuring they click into place. Use the removable drip tray to collect fat during cooking. After use, switch off and unplug, allow plates to cool, then remove the plates and drip tray for cleaning by hand or place them in the dishwasher if labelled dishwasher safe.
