KNIPEX Twistor16® crimping tool set in a TANOS MINI-systainer® includes a crimping tool with a rotating head and stackable insert case. The Twistor16® mechanism provides a square crimp profile across a wide capacity range and a forced locking mechanism that ensures consistent high-quality crimps. The MINI-systainer® with T‑Loc closure stores the tool and up to twelve connectors securely in two plastic inserts.

Advantages

How to use

Select the correct wire end sleeve for the conductor cross-section, insert the stripped conductor into the sleeve, and position the sleeve in the Twistor16® crimping head. Rotate the head as required to obtain comfortable access, then close the handles until the forced locking mechanism completes the crimp. Unlock the mechanism if necessary to release the tool and inspect the crimp for correct square profile and secure connection. Store the tool and connectors in the MINI-systainer® inserts after use.

Recommendations
