How to use

Connect the HDMI source to the transmitter's HDMI input and run a Cat5e/6 cable from the transmitter RJ-45 port to the receiver's RJ-45 port or to a Gigabit switch when distributing to multiple receivers. Connect power to the transmitter using the supplied DC adapter and ensure the AC power source is within 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz. If IR control is required, connect compatible IR emitters/receivers to the corresponding ports. Configure network addresses if needed for the local extender topology; typical default addresses referenced are TX: 192.168.1.210 and RX: 192.168.1.220 when used in managed setups.

Recommendations

For stable video and IR transmission, use high-quality Cat5e or Cat6 cable with proper terminations and avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical lines. When distributing to multiple receivers, use a dedicated Gigabit switch and verify available network capacity; each receiver typically consumes about 18 Mbit. This unit is not compatible with HDBaseT receivers, so pair only with the matching VivoLink receiver model for correct operation.
