How to use

Connect the transmitter unit to the host computer using the DVI-D and USB cables, and connect the receiver to the local monitor and USB peripherals. Link the transmitter and receiver with a single Cat6/6a cable (or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6). Power both units using their supplied adapters, then power on the host and display devices. The units automatically negotiate HDBaseT 2.0 signals and establish the extended connection for video, audio, USB and RS-232 control.

Recommendations

For best performance use high-quality Cat6 or Cat6a cable (or ATEN 2L-2910) and keep cable runs within the specified distance limits.
