ASUS VeriView can also be leveraged to display news or advertisements, check-in information or QR codes to provide customers with fast access to online information.

Content display
ASUS VeriView second screen is ideal for displaying messaging, such as hotel information or a customer’s room-reservation details. For example, a hotel receptionist can enter information on the main screen while the guest views information relevant to their stay on the second screen, which is facing them.

Text mode
Catchy promotional slogans, coupon codes or holidays deals can also be displayed. For example, a café owner could offer seasonal deals — such as “Black Friday, 20% discount” or “March Surprise! Buy one get one free.”

QR codes

How to use

Set up the AiO on a desk or mount it on any VESA-compatible bracket for wall installation. Connect power and any required peripherals via the rear ports or Thunderbolt/HDMI outputs. Use the capacitive touchscreen and the included keyboard with quick-access hotkeys to control conferencing functions such as muting or enabling two-way AI noise cancellation. For customer-facing scenarios, enable the optional ASUS VeriView second touchscreen to show messages, QR codes, videos or partial screen content while operating the main screen for staff tasks.

Recommendations

For best video-conferencing results, place the AiO at eye level, enable two-way AI noise cancelation and use the 12 MP camera with balanced room lighting. When deployed in customer-facing locations, configure partial sharing on ASUS VeriView to protect sensitive information while displaying only relevant details to customers.
