ACT Grey 2 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable snagless with RJ45 connectors

ACT Grey 2 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a 2 m Ethernet cable designed for structured copper data networks. The cable uses full copper conductors, supports U/UTP (unshielded/overall) CAT6 performance and has snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable connections. It meets CPR Euroclass Eca and is suitable for general networking and PoE applications when full copper conductors are required.

Advantages

The cable's full copper conductors ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA568-C2-1 performance requirements and provide stable signal transmission. The U/UTP CAT6 design minimises interference in typical office and home environments, while the snagless RJ45 boots protect connectors during installation. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion risk. Compliance with CPR Euroclass Eca confirms its construction meets relevant fire-safety classification.

Suitable for

• Ethernet connections in offices, data cabinets and home networks
• PoE (Power over Ethernet) devices such as IP cameras and access points
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels and networked devices

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Category: CAT6 U/UTP
• Conductors: full copper
• Connectors: RJ45 to RJ45, snagless, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Grey
• MPN: IS8002
• EAN: 8716065254433
• CPR Euroclass: Eca

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or PoE injector) and the other to the target device (computer, IP camera, access point). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For patch panel installations, use the snagless boot to guide the connector into confined ports without damaging the clip.

Recommendations

Use this CAT6 full copper patch cable for PoE applications and critical connections where stable data transmission is required; avoid running alongside high-voltage power cables and keep bend radius within manufacturer guidelines to preserve performance.
