Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

This is display warfare at the edge of speed and fidelity. Predator XB3 wields up to 5K resolution, 500Hz refresh, and NVIDIA G-SYNC® Pulsar for fluid, precise motion, with each model serving as a portal to color-calibrated, professional-grade control.

HYPERSPEED VISUAL DOMINANCE
Ultra-high refresh rates up to 500Hz deliver razor-sharp motion, while up to 0.1ms response time ensures near-instant reactions. Stay fluid and untouchable in every frame.

DFR: SHIFT ON DEMAND
Switch between QHD@500Hz or HD@1000Hz with Dynamic Frequency and Resolution. It adapts in real time, so you never trade sharpness for speed—or speed for clarity.

TEAR-FREE, LOCKED-IN ACTION
Frame-sync technology eliminates tearing and stuttering, maintaining fluidity through even the most intense in-game scenarios.

NVIDIA G-SYNC® PULSAR
This new display technology combines adaptive sync with ultra-low motion blur to dramatically boost motion clarity and deliver smooth action without the usual blur.

AMD FREESYNC™ PREMIUM (APPLICATION IN PROGRESS)
Enjoy smooth, tear-free gaming with low latency and no frame drops, keeping every moment fluid and responsive from start to finish.

PIXEL-PERFECT IMMERSION
A display built for those who demand nothing less than visual truth. From dense 5K clarity to ultra-precise color, everything you see is exactly as it was meant to be.

CINEMATIC COLOR DEPTH
Every color. Every shade. Every highlight and shadow brought to life in breathtaking HDR.

CINEMATIC COLOR PRECISION
With up to 95% DCI-P3 color gamut and factory-calibrated accuracy, every hue and gradient is vivid, true-to-life, and ready for high-fidelity creative work or play.

LIGHT AND SHADOW IN BALANCE
VESA DisplayHDR™ 600 brings every scene to life with exceptional clarity. From the deepest blacks to the brightest highlights, every frame is rendered with precision—revealing the hidden stories within the light.

ADAPTIVE COMFORT + CONTROL
Fully adjustable ergonomics and intuitive display controls keep you in command. Dial in your environment—no matter how long the mission lasts.
