Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Accelerate Your PC with Latest WiFi 6
The Zyxel NWD7605 is a dual-band wireless USB adapter that promptly upgrades your desktop, laptop, or workstation to the latest 802.11ax technology with WiFi speeds of up to 1200 Mbps (5GHz) and 574 Mbps (2.4GHz). By leveraging the latest WiFi 6 technology, the NWD7605 offers fast and efficient connection especially in today’s device dense environments.

Instantly Upgrade to WiFi 6
The WiFi 6 standard delivers efficient connectivity that meets the demands of the growing number of connected personal and IoT devices. The NWD7605 gives your laptop or PC an instant upgrade path to WiFi 6.

Speed, Never Compromised
The NWD7605 is a 2x2 dual-band WiFi 6 USB 3.0 adapter that helps you take full advantage of WiFi 6 routers. It provides wireless bandwidth of up to 1800 Mbps — 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 1200 Mbps on the 5 GHz band. This makes NWD7605 up to 1.5 times faster than WiFi 5 clients, so you can enjoy faster bandwidth even while transferring multimedia files or streaming content on your devices.

Perfect for Video Conference and Data Transfers

MU-MIMO for efficient connectivity
MU-MIMO technology allows the router to send and receive data simultaneously from multiple devices while WiFi 5 only from one user to be transmitted at the same time, greatly improving the efficiency of network usage.

Enable faster transmission with OFDMA
Equipped with OFDMA technology, it can carry more working data online at the same time.
Increases the overall network throughput and optimize short packet transmission for better network performance.

Retractable, Cap-Free Design
NWD7605 can be plugged in easily into laptops or PCs with a USB port to give it the full WiFi 6 speed capabilities. It’s cap-free and portable, making it the perfect choice for any laptop or PC.

Maximum Level Security with WPA3
Ensure maximum protection for your wireless network connection with the latest WiFi Protected Access 3 (WPA3) to avoid password-cracking attacks! WPA3 enables more robust authentication and delivers individualized sensitive data encryption to strengthen user privacy.
