The Wall mounted rack Digitus DN-19 12-U-EC is a compact 12U network cabinet measuring 600 x 450 mm with a load capacity up to 60 kg and IP20 protection. Designed for wall installation, the cabinet has a lockable safety-glass front door with steel frame, removable side panels and adjustable 19" mounting rails. Pre-cut cable inlets on the roof, floor and rear panel plus a prepared roof area for a fan module simplify cabling and ventilation. The cabinet is made of sheet steel (up to 1.5 mm) and finished with electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005).

How to use

Install the provided mounting plate on a suitable wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners for the wall material, then bolt the cabinet housing to the mounting plate. Mount equipment on the adjustable 19" rails, using the readable rack unit markings to align devices. Route cables through the pre-cut inlets in the roof, floor or rear panel; if required, install a fan module in the prepared roof area to improve airflow. Use the removable side panels and lockable front door for safe and convenient access during installation and maintenance.

Recommendations

For safe operation and to maintain airflow, do not exceed the 60 kg load rating, keep ventilation openings clear, and choose wall anchors rated for the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment. Consider installing a fan module if populated with heat-generating devices.
