The slim aluminium USB-C 5Gbps AXAGON HUE-STC ALU STRIP hub easily and quickly connects up to four USB devices simultaneously to a laptop, computer, or phone. You connect your laptop to the hub via a 12 cm long USB-C cable.

The USB hub offers four USB outputs – one USB-A 5Gbps, ideal for fast connection of external drives or flash drives. Two standard USB-A 480Mbps outputs are sufficient for reliable connection of a mouse, keyboard, or printer. The fourth USB-C 480Mbps data connector allows the connection of most mobile phones and other devices with a common transfer rate.

The slim aluminum body not only looks great, but also provides mechanical durability and passive cooling. The USB-C hub is an ideal accessory for laptops with a limited number of USB-A connectors, allowing you to continue using your existing peripherals without need to purchase new ones. How to use

Plug the hub's USB-C male connector into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop, desktop, tablet or phone. Connect your peripherals to the hub's downstream ports: use the USB-A 5 Gbps port for high-speed storage devices and the 480 Mbps ports for mice, keyboards, printers or mobile devices. The hub is bus-powered and does not require a separate power supply. With Plug & Play and Hot Plug support you can connect and disconnect devices while the host is running.

Recommendations

For optimal transfer speeds, connect high-speed external drives to the USB-A 5 Gbps port. When using multiple external drives simultaneously, ensure your host port supports sufficient power and bandwidth. Charging of mobile devices from the hub is possible but charging speed may be limited compared to a dedicated power adapter.
