How to use

Mount the UniFi nanoHD using the included hardware and connect it to a PoE-enabled switch or injector via the RJ‑45 port. Access the UniFi Controller from a web browser or the UniFi mobile app (iOS/Android) to adopt and configure the AP. Use the controller interface to set SSIDs, security settings (WPA2/AES), RF profiles and guest access policies. For larger deployments, deploy the UniFi Controller on a local server, cloud instance or UniFi Cloud Key to centrally manage multiple devices.

Recommendations

Place the access point on ceilings or high walls in open areas for optimal coverage; avoid locating it near large metal objects or sources of interference. For high-density environments, enable RF optimisation features in the UniFi Controller and consider additional APs to distribute client load.
