How to use

Extend or retract the leg sections using the Quick Power Lock levers and set each leg angle with the ergonomic leg-angle selectors to achieve the desired height and stance. Use the 90° centre column mechanism to change between standard and horizontal orientations by releasing and rotating the column in the upper casting; this can be done with the camera attached. Mount the camera on the supplied quick-release plate and secure it to the MHXPRO-3W head, then adjust the head using the three-way controls and friction knobs for precise framing. Use the rotating bubble level on the centre column top to ensure accurate alignment.

Recommendations

For best stability, fully extend the thicker upper leg sections first and lock them with the QPL levers. When shooting with heavy lenses close to the ground, lower the centre column and set wider leg angles. Keep the bubble level in view while making adjustments and attach accessories to the Easy Link connector only within the accessory’s specified weight limits.
