The TP-Link VIGI C440I 4MM is an indoor turret IP security camera with 4MP (2560 x 1440) resolution, a fixed 4 mm lens and a CMOS sensor. How to use

Mount the turret camera on the ceiling and route the cable through the side outlet or dropped ceiling as required. Connect the camera to a PoE switch or a 12V DC power supply and to your network via Ethernet. Configure the device using the web UI, NVR interface, VIGI app or VIGI Security Manager. Adjust viewing angle and, if needed, enable Corridor Mode for monitoring narrow vertical scenes. Set up detection rules and notifications for human/vehicle classification and other smart events.

Recommendations

Install the camera at an appropriate height to optimize the 4 mm lens field of view; use PoE for simplified cabling when available and choose the 2.8 mm lens variant if a wider angle is required for small or enclosed spaces.
