Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Whole Home Hybrid Mesh Wi-Fi System
AC1200 + AV1000

Mesh Wi-Fi + Powerline: Signal Through Walls
Deco P9 combines dual-band Wi-Fi and powerline to establish a stronger mesh network.
Powerline technology uses your home’s electrical wiring to create stronger connections between Deco units, reducing the impact of walls and other obstacles on signal and providing even faster network speeds and truly seamless coverage.

Boosted Speeds: Wi-Fi + Powerline Hybrid Bandwidth
Powerline and wireless connections work together to transmit data between Deco units. The total network speed is greatly improved compared with using Wi-Fi only.

Dead-Zone Killer
The hybrid whole-home system delivers extended coverage up to 4,000 ft2 / 370 m2 with the help of the combination of dual-band Wi-Fi and powerline. Eliminate weak signal areas with whole-home Wi-Fi and no more searching around for a stable connection.

Seamless Roaming with One Wi-Fi Name
TP-Link Mesh means Deco units work together to form one unified network. Your phone or tablet automatically connects to the fastest Deco as you move through your home, creating a truly seamless Wi-Fi experience.

No More Buffering
Network speeds three times faster than previous generation routers, thanks to 802.11ac wireless technology, make Deco capable of providing a lag-free connection to up to 100 devices.

Robust Parental Controls
Simple, intuitive parental controls make it easy to
keep your children safe while they’re online.

Verdict: If you're in the market for a mesh router system - blanketing your home with Wi-Fi, limiting the time that the kids can spend on the internet, and so on - then we'd recommend shortlisting the Deco P9 system. It's affordable, simple, and speedy. Reasons to...
