Threaded anchor Fischer 48284

The fischer Hammerset anchor EA II (Fischer 48284) is an internal-threaded anchor made of zinc-plated steel for secure fastening in concrete and similar base materials. It is set flush with the base surface by hammering and expands inside the drill hole when the internal rod is driven in using a setting tool. The anchor accepts standard metric screws or threaded rods and is suitable for indoor applications such as sprinkler systems, gratings and consoles.

How to use

Drill a hole of the specified diameter and depth for the anchor, clean the hole of dust, insert the EA II anchor flush with the base, and position the internal rod. Using the EHS Plus setting tool or the EMS machine setting tool, drive in the internal rod to expand the sleeve against the drill hole wall. For correct expansion, avoid applying torque to the screw or threaded rod during setting. After expansion, fit the appropriate standard metric screw or threaded rod to achieve the required load-bearing connection.
