We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

How to use

Place the sound bar centered below or above your TV and position the wireless subwoofer on the floor for optimal bass response. Connect the sound bar to your TV using HDMI (eARC/ARC if available) or an optical cable, then pair Bluetooth devices to stream audio wirelessly. If you have the wireless surround speakers, place them behind or to the sides of the listening area and follow the on-screen or app prompts to complete speaker pairing.

Recommendations

Run the AI Sonic auto room calibration after initial placement to adapt output to room acoustics. Allow space around the subwoofer and avoid blocking up-firing drivers to maintain the intended Dolby Atmos and DTS:X spatial effects.
