How to use

Place the desired ingredients into the appropriate removable container: use the 2-blade impact knife container for fine grinding (for example coffee or sugar) and the 4-blade special knife container for chopping or coarser milling (for example herbs, nuts or mixed spices). Close the transparent lid securely — the appliance will not start unless the lid is properly in place. Select the required time in 5-second increments up to 30 seconds, choose one of the three speed settings or use the pulse function for short bursts. After processing, open the lid, remove the container and empty the contents. Allow blades and container to cool before handling if needed.

Recommendations
