How to use

Charge the headphones using the USB port before first use. Pair with a Bluetooth device via Fast Pair, Swift Pair or the device’s Bluetooth settings; alternatively connect with a 3.5 mm cable for wired audio. Use the on-ear controls or the Sony Headphones Connect app to adjust noise cancellation, sound settings and enable features such as Adaptive Sound Control and Speak-to-Chat. The headphones automatically pause playback when removed and resume when worn.

For best noise-cancelling performance, update firmware and use the Headphones Connect app to calibrate Adaptive Sound Control; use wired connection when maximum audio fidelity or low-latency is required for specific applications.
