The Ancel S160 leak detection smoke generator is a compact diagnostic tool for locating air and fluid leaks in vehicle systems. How to use

Connect the power cord clamps to a 12 V battery, pour approximately 20 ml of the supplied test oil into the reservoir and select Smoke or Air mode as required. Apply the smoke delivery hose or appropriate adapter to the system under test (intake, EVAP, crankcase, etc.) and observe for smoke escaping at leak points while monitoring the built-in pressure gauge and flow meter on the front panel. Adjust pressure within the 0.8–14.5 PSI range to suit the component being tested. Turn the unit off and allow it to cool before refilling or storing.
