We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

eARC

eARC (enhanced Audio Return Channel) allows you to use your TV as a hub for external devices and send audio from your TV to your soundbar using a single HDMI cable. With increased bandwidth (vs. ARC) it can support a wider range of audio formats as well as expanded features such as automatically correcting processor delays so that your audio and video always match, as well as lip sync correction. CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) is a convenient feature that allows your CEC compatible TVs remote to control key functions of the soundbar like standby, volume and mute.

Dolby Virtualizer

Dolby Surround Virtualizer uses smart algorithms to analyse the audio source and adds virtual channels to make it seem like the sound is coming from different directions. This creates a more immersive and spacious audio experience, especially useful when you can’t have a full surround sound speaker setup.

EQ Presets

Equaliser presets adjust the sound profile to better suit the genre of TV programme you are viewing. Choose from: Movie, Music, Voice, Night and Off. Adjusting the bass and treble allows you to create your own customised EQ preset.

How to use

Place the soundbar under or in front of your TV, connect it to the TV via the HDMI eARC port for the best audio formats and automatic lip-sync correction, or use Bluetooth for wireless streaming from your mobile device. Use the TV remote via CEC to control basic functions (standby, volume, mute) or select EQ presets and adjust bass/treble on the soundbar to match the content you are watching.

Recommendations

For optimal Dolby Atmos effect in smaller rooms, position the soundbar centered under the TV with no large obstructions above it. Use HDMI eARC when available for highest audio quality; switch to Bluetooth for quick wireless playback.
