We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

How to use

Connect the sound bar to your TV using HDMI (recommended) or another supported wired connection, then pair the wireless subwoofer and power on both units. Use the TV or sound bar settings to enable Dolby Atmos/DTS:X passthrough if available. For Bluetooth streaming, select the sound bar from your device's Bluetooth menu. Run the AI Sonic Auto Room Calibration routine following the on-screen or device prompts to tune the sound for your room layout.

Recommendations

Place the sound bar centrally beneath the TV and allow a clear path for up-firing speakers to the ceiling. Position the wireless subwoofer on the floor near a wall or corner for stronger bass. After initial placement, run Auto Room Calibration to adapt settings to the room acoustics.
