The InLine® SFP Module 32335G is a reliable solution for long-distance connections in professional networks. With a transmission rate of 1.25 Gb/s over single-mode fibre optic links of up to 120 km, it offers ideal conditions for applications where range is a priority – such as in wide area networks, site networking or data centres.
Thanks to the 1550 nm DFB laser and the integrated APD TIA receiver, the module impresses with high optical sensitivity and stable performance. It meets the requirements of IEEE 802.3Z and MSA SFF-8472 and can therefore be seamlessly integrated into common SFP infrastructures.
The LC duplex connection allows for easy connection with minimal space requirements, while hot-swappable capability enables replacement during operation. The robust design allows operation in a temperature range from 0 °C to +70 °C – perfect for professional continuous use.

How to use

Power down is not required for installation; simply insert the SFP transceiver into a compatible SFP port on the host device until it seats firmly. Ensure the host device supports 1.25 Gb/s SFP modules and configure the network interface as required by your equipment. Use singlemode fiber patch cords and appropriate connectors for the chosen port type. Verify optical power levels and link status after insertion and perform any necessary link configuration on the connected devices.

Recommendations

Install the module in clean conditions and avoid touching the optical connector endface. Use fiber cleaning tools before connecting patch cords. Check the host device compatibility list for supported SFP modules and monitor optical receive power to ensure sufficient link margin for the required distance.
