How to use

Place the scale on a hard, level surface and insert the CR2032 battery if not already installed. Step onto the center of the platform and the touch sensor will power the device. Stand still until the measurement stabilizes and the reading appears on the display. The scale will switch off automatically after a short period of inactivity.

Recommendations
