How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and insert the CR2032 battery supplied. Step on the center of the platform barefoot so the metal electrodes contact your feet for body composition readings. Allow the display to stabilise to read weight and composition values. The device will automatically switch off after use.

Recommendations

For more consistent measurements, use the scale on the same flat surface, at similar times of day and with similar clothing. Avoid using on carpets or uneven floors and keep feet clean and dry to ensure proper contact with metal electrodes.
