Constructed from very thick aluminium, it features an interior non-stick coating reinforced with diamond powder and a durable non-stick exterior coating. The pan has an anti-burn stainless steel handle and a patented stainless steel double bottom with a flat surface that is suitable for all hobs, including induction.

The Diamond Pro interior provides a nine-layer, PFOA-free non-stick system reinforced with diamond powder for increased resistance and durability. The patented forged double bottom with full flat contact improves heat transmission and cooking speed compared with pierced-bottom designs, and the magnetic stainless steel layer ensures compatibility with induction cooktops. How to use

Use the saucepan on any compatible hob including induction. Preheat gently and cook at moderate temperatures to take full advantage of the non-stick coating. Avoid overheating an empty pan. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to prolong the life of the non-stick surface. The stainless steel handle permits oven use; check oven temperature limits from the manufacturer if needed.

Recommendations
