Robot Vacuum Cleaner Dreame Bot D9 Max

The Dreame Bot D9 Max is a robot vacuum cleaner designed for thorough, automated floor care. It combines a Nidec brushless motor and an optimized air duct to deliver up to 4,000 Pa of suction, four adjustable power levels, a 16.8 cm extended main brush with a floating V-shaped brush, and LiDAR 360° laser navigation that builds an editable map of your home. The device includes a 0.57 L dust bag, a 0.27 L water tank, reusable microfiber mopping pads and a 5,200 mAh battery that supports long cleaning runs and automatic return to the base station for recharging.

Advantages

High suction power and a streamlined air path enable efficient pickup of dirt and debris across different floor types. The extended main brush and comb-tooth design reduce hair tangles and improve deep-clean performance on carpets and in cracks. Automatic carpet detection increases suction where needed, while LiDAR navigation ensures methodical, mapped cleaning rather than random movement. Wet mopping with adjustable water levels and reusable pads adds a second cleaning function without additional accessories.

Suitable for

• Homes with mixed flooring: hard floors and carpets
• Large apartments and houses (up to approx. 250 m² per charge under typical conditions)
• Users who want scheduled, mapped cleaning via app control and voice assistants
• Homes where hair management and reduced brush tangling are important

How to use

Place the charging base on a flat surface with clear space around it and charge the D9 Max until the battery is sufficient for the planned cleaning. Install the dust bag and water tank, attach the reusable microfiber pad if mopping is required, and select a suction level or let the vacuum use automatic carpet boost. Use the mobile app to perform the initial LiDAR mapping run, edit the generated map (zones, no-go areas, and room labels), and schedule cleaning tasks. Start cleaning from the app, voice command (Amazon Alexa), or the unit’s controls. The robot will clean methodically according to the map and return to the base when the battery is low or the job is done.

Recommendations

For best results, remove small obstacles and cords from floors before cleaning, empty or replace the dust bag regularly, wash and air-dry microfiber mopping pads after use, and keep the brush and sensors free of debris. Use the app to set no-go zones and adjust water flow and suction levels to match floor type and soil level.
