When you connect HDMI CEC-compatible devices to the projector with HDMI cables, you can control them on the same power on or power off status using the HDMI Link feature. This lets one device or multiple devices in a group power on/off simultaneously.

Quick start-up and shutdown

This projector features quick start-up and shutdown and reaches full brightness quickly. To maximise energy saving it also includes a ‘pause projection’ feature where the light source can be completely shut off. Unlike conventional lamp based projectors, the laser- light source requires minimal cool-down time.

How to use

Place the Optoma ZH350 on a stable surface or mount it according to installation requirements. Connect source devices using HDMI cables to take advantage of 4K/HDR10 input and HDMI CEC Link control. For portrait or 360° projection, position the projector accordingly and secure it to prevent movement. Use eco mode to reduce noise and power consumption; the projector reaches full brightness quickly and supports a pause-projection feature that fully turns off the light source for short interruptions.

Recommendations

For best color accuracy, calibrate colors according to your source material and use Rec.709 settings for presentation content. Ensure adequate ventilation around the projector and follow the manufacturer’s service guidelines for replacing modular parts if needed.
