Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Extralink 24V 96W (4A) indoor power supply with a 5.5×2.1 mm DC jack provides a stable 24 V DC output for network equipment that requires an external power source. Housed in a compact black enclosure with passive cooling, this adapter accepts 230 V mains via a cable terminated with a C14 computer connector and delivers up to 96 W for devices such as access points, IP cameras and switches. A front LED indicates normal operation, and integrated protections against short circuit and overload automatically cut output voltage and reset when the fault clears.

Advantages

The adapter delivers a continuous 24 V DC output at up to 4 A, offering reliable power for PoE injectors and other external power setups. Its passive cooling design ensures silent operation without fans, while the compact footprint and standard 5.5×2.1 mm jack simplify installation and compatibility with common network devices. Built-in overload and short-circuit protection protect connected equipment and restore output automatically after the fault is removed. The visible LED provides quick visual confirmation of correct operation.

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the power supply to a 230 V mains outlet using the attached cable with C14 connector, then insert the 5.5×2.1 mm DC jack into the power input of the target device. Ensure the device to be powered accepts 24 V DC and that its current requirements do not exceed 4 A. After connection, verify the LED indicator to confirm the adapter is operating correctly. If the adapter trips due to overload or short circuit, remove the cause of the fault and the output will resume automatically.

Recommendations

Install the adapter in a dry, well-ventilated indoor location away from direct heat sources and moisture. Verify cable polarity and connector fit before powering equipment, and avoid exceeding the rated 4 A output. For outdoor or exposed installations, use a suitable enclosure and follow local installation standards.
