The Intellinet Gigabit High-Power PoE+ Injector 561518 delivers power and data over existing Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cabling to IEEE 802.3af/at compliant Powered Devices (PD). With up to 30 W output and a Gigabit Ethernet interface (10/100/1000 Mbps), the injector allows connection of wireless access points, IP phones, network cameras and other PoE devices to non‑PoE LAN switch ports while providing protection against power faults. The compact unit is FCC, CE and UL certified and supports up to 100 m cable distance.

How to use

Connect the injector's LAN input RJ-45 port to a non‑PoE switch port or router using standard Ethernet cable. Connect the PoE output RJ-45 port to the Powered Device using Cat5/5e/6 cable, keeping the total cable run within 100 m. Plug the injector into AC mains power to start supplying DC power and network connectivity to the PD. Verify the PD is IEEE 802.3af/at compliant before use.

Recommendations
