How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug into a suitable outlet. Select and attach the desired cooking plates according to what you intend to prepare. Preheat the grill until the temperature indicator shows it is ready. Cook food on the appropriate plate, monitoring doneness and using the grease outlet and removable tray to collect excess fat. When needed, open the top plate 180° to use both plates flat for larger items or simultaneous cooking. After use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before removing and cleaning the plates and drip tray.
