Printing with PA6-GF25 demands a high-temperature setup: a nozzle temperature of 280-300°C and a heated bed at 25-50°C with adhesive, or 80-100°C without. Recommended print speeds range from 30 to 60 mm/s. Due to its abrasive nature, a hardened steel or ruby nozzle is essential to prevent wear. The filament spool has a diameter of 200 mm and a width of 67 mm, fitting most standard spool holders. For best results, dry the filament thoroughly before use and store in a sealed container with desiccant.
