How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into your 3D printer and set the nozzle temperature to within the recommended range (200–220°C). Set the heated bed between 25 and 50°C if available. For best results, use a direct drive printer with the extruder mounted close to the hot end; this reduces retraction distance and improves high-speed extrusion stability. Configure retraction and speed according to your drive type: for direct drive, try 3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s; for indirect (Bowden) setups, use about 6 mm retraction at 60 mm/s. Turn the cooling fan on during printing to help with surface quality.

Recommendations

If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 70°C for 8 hours before printing. Use a direct drive printer to fully benefit from the material’s high-flow properties and to reliably print at higher speeds; indirect drive printers can print this TPU but may require conservative speed and retraction settings.
