How to use

Apply the polishing paste bar to the rotating felt or cloth ring, or use it manually, then run the polishing accessory against the workpiece at the recommended speed for the chosen cloth type. For best results, follow a sequence from coarse to fine: use ST (sisal cloth) or TH (hard cloth) with PP 1–PP 3 for coarse pre-polishing, then TW (soft cloth) or FL (flannel) with PP 4–PP 5 for high-gloss polishing. Use light, even pressure and keep the tool moving to avoid overheating or uneven removal.

Recommendations

To achieve very smooth, high-gloss finishes, work progressively through several polishing paste grades and matching cloth types. Ensure compatibility between paste grade and cloth (ST/TH for pre-polish, TW/FL for fine polish), maintain appropriate tool speed, and avoid excessive pressure.
