How to use

Place the book on the scanning surface with the spine aligned to the book‑edge area and close any provided book support or pavilion. Use the bundled Book Pavilion software to set scan intervals, file format and output folder. Start scanning either from the scanner controls or the software; the device can perform continuous auto scanning and automatic rotation without further interaction. For searchable text, run ABBYY FineReader Sprint on the scanned images to produce searchable PDF or other OCR outputs.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure pages are as flat as possible near the spine and select the appropriate resolution and output format for the intended use.
