We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.

The CHIEFTEC SCORPION 3 GL-03B-UC-OP is a midi-tower PC case with tempered glass panels and SPCC steel construction. It supports ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ATX motherboards and offers space for two 3.5" drives and two 2.5" drives. Cooling is provided by four pre-installed 120 mm A-RGB fans (three front, one rear) with motherboard A-RGB synchronization via a 3-pin +5V RGB control hub. How to use
