PATCHBOX® Plus+ is an integrated cabling solution designed to reduce cable clutter and speed up installation and maintenance in network cabinets. The unit accommodates up to 30 RU and includes extractable OM4 fibre optic cables with LC connectors and a fixed length of 1.8 m, using ISO/IEC-tested Corning® fibres. A steel frame supports up to 24 PATCHBOX® cassettes and the system includes a PATCHBOX® Patchcatch for 0RU cable management. Each cassette has its own labelling option and a cable stopper allows precise adjustment of the pulled length.

How to use

Install the steel frame in the network cabinet and insert the PATCHBOX® cassettes into the frame. Pull out the required length of the extractable OM4 LC duplex cable for each connection and set the cable stopper to secure the desired length. Label each cassette with its dedicated labelling option. Use the included PATCHBOX® Patchcatch for 0RU cable management to route and secure cables. For cassette replacement, remove the cassette from the frame and insert a new one—no major rewiring is required.
