Pasta machine Marcato Atlas 150 green AT-150-VER manual adjustable thickness, stainless rollers

Marcato Atlas 150 green AT-150-VER is a manual pasta machine designed for home use to roll and cut fresh dough into sheets and various pasta shapes. The device features stainless-steel rollers that produce even, smooth sheets and an adjustable thickness mechanism that allows precise control over sheet thickness for lasagne, tagliatelle, fettuccine and other fresh pasta preparations. The compact, durable design and compatibility with optional cutters and accessories make it a practical tool for household kitchens where consistent, handmade pasta is desired.

Advantages

The adjustable thickness settings provide accurate and repeatable sheet thickness from very thin to thicker pasta, while the stainless-steel rollers ensure hygienic, corrosion-resistant performance and easy cleaning. The manual crank gives direct control over dough feeding and cutting speed, and the machine’s lightweight but sturdy construction simplifies storage and handling. Compatibility with additional cutters expands the machine’s versatility without requiring complex assembly or power connections.

Suitable for

• Making fresh lasagne sheets at home
• Preparing tagliatelle, fettuccine and ribbon pasta
• Rolling dough for filled pasta such as ravioli or tortellini
• Home cooks seeking consistent manual pasta rolling

Key specifications

• Material: stainless-steel rollers and coated body
• Thickness adjustment: multiple settings for precise sheet thickness control
• Operation: manual crank-driven rollers
• Cuts: compatible with ribbon and sheet cutters (optional accessories)
• Intended use: domestic/home kitchen pasta-making

How to use

Attach the machine securely to a work surface using the clamp, then select the desired thickness and feed a lightly floured dough sheet through the rollers while turning the crank. Fold and roll the dough progressively through decreasing thickness settings until the required thinness is reached. Change to a cutting attachment or use the integrated cutter to produce tagliatelle, fettuccine or other ribbon pasta. Clean the rollers and body by removing dough residues with a dry brush or cloth; avoid immersion in water to preserve the stainless-steel finish and internal mechanisms.

Recommendations

For best results, use dough with the correct hydration and rest time, dust lightly with flour to prevent sticking, and start rolling from the thickest setting, decreasing gradually. Store the machine in a dry place and check that attachments are dry before mounting to prevent corrosion.
