The OWC Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini stands apart from ordinary portable drive enclosures by packing hardware RAID 0, 1, SPAN, and JBOD into a compact, bus-powered aluminum chassis. It transforms two 2.5-inch SATA HDDs or SSDs into a high-performance USB-C storage solution with speeds up to 10Gb/s, all without an external power brick.

• USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C interface with up to 10Gb/s data transfer
• Hardware RAID modes: RAID 0, RAID 1, SPAN, and JBOD
• Bus-powered via USB-C – no AC adapter needed
• Fanless passive cooling with durable aluminum housing
• UASP support for enhanced performance
• Bootable on macOS and Windows

In daily use

Whether you need maximum speed for video editing or mirrored redundancy for critical backups, the Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini adapts to your workflow. RAID 0 stripes data across both drives for up to double the throughput, while RAID 1 creates a real-time duplicate for peace of mind. SPAN combines the drives into one large volume, and JBOD presents them independently. The fanless design ensures silent operation, and the aluminum body dissipates heat efficiently. LED indicators keep you informed of power, drive activity, and RAID status at a glance.
