How to use

Fit the correct abrasive sheet to the 100 x 150 mm sanding plate, switch the sander on and set the speed according to the material being worked. Guide the tool with light pressure, keeping it flat to maintain even contact with the surface. Empty the textile dust bag regularly or connect the sander to an all-purpose vacuum using the coupling bush 630798000 for continuous dust extraction. Remove the protector when full contact with edges or the full sanding plate is required.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grits to achieve a smooth finish, adjust the variable speed for different materials, and secure the tool with a safety strap when working at height. Regularly inspect and replace worn sanding plates and abrasive sheets to maintain performance.
