We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

iiSignage²

iiSignage² is our digital signage content management platform to easily show and control your content and to manage your displays in a secure way. The Content Management System (CMS) gives you total control of your messaging and advertising remotely and safely.

How to use

Install the display using the supplied wall mounting bracket or compatible VESA mount and connect power and network (Wi‑Fi or wired). Use the Android OS to install and run apps directly on the display, or manage content remotely with iiSignage² CMS and iiControl DMS. For wireless presentations, use iiShare. Configure input priorities to enable Signal FailOver so the display automatically switches to the next available source if the primary input signal is lost.

Recommendations

For clean integration, remove the magnetic frame to achieve a frameless look or apply a custom wrap to the frame for brand-aligned presentation. Ensure stable network connectivity and prioritize critical inputs in the FailOver settings to maintain uninterrupted content playback.
