We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.

How to use

Position the monitor on a stable surface or mount it via a VESA arm. Connect video to your PC using the appropriate cable for the graphics output (DisplayPort/HDMI/USB-C as supported by your system) and plug power in. For conferencing, set up camera and microphone in your operating system or meeting app, and connect peripherals to the built-in USB hub or USB-C downstream port. Adjust the monitor height to eye level to reduce neck strain and configure display settings (brightness, color profile, HDR on/off) through your operating system or monitor OSD for optimal image quality.

Recommendations

For accurate color work, allow the display to warm up for 30 minutes and use a calibrated color profile. In shared or brightly lit rooms, enable HDR carefully and adjust brightness to avoid glare.
