We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

The Apple Studio Display XDR is a 27-inch 5K (5120 x 2880) Retina XDR display with Mini-LED backlighting, supplied with a tilt- and height-adjustable stand in silver and the option of nano-texture glass. It takes XDR to the next level with up to 1,000 nits SDR brightness, 2,000 nits HDR peak brightness (25% brighter than the Pro Display XDR) and a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, plus a wide P3 and Adobe RGB colour gamut ideal for designers and photographers, especially for print work. A 120 Hz refresh rate with Adaptive Sync gives incredibly smooth playback and low latency, well suited to gaming. The 2,304 dimming zones provide precise illumination with deeper blacks, brighter whites and less halo and overexposure. Two Thunderbolt 5 ports let you daisy-chain a second Studio Display XDR. It also includes a 12MP Center Stage camera, three studio-quality microphones and a six-speaker audio system. Use: place the monitor on a stable desk and adjust height and tilt so the top of the screen is near eye level, connect it to a compatible Mac or PC and set the native 5120 x 2880 resolution for best quality, use the downstream USB-C ports for peripherals or charging, and fine-tune brightness, colour profile and audio via system or on-screen controls.
