How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve, insert the filter basket and add finely ground coffee without tamping, then assemble the pot. Place the moka pot on a suitable stovetop over medium heat. When coffee begins to flow into the upper chamber, reduce heat and remove from the stove once the gurgling sound slows. Serve immediately.

Recommendations

Clean the moka pot after each use with warm water and a soft brush; avoid detergents that can affect flavour. Check the gasket and filter periodically and replace if worn. Use medium-fine ground coffee intended for moka pots for best results.
